Mission
I am deeply committed to advancing young people’s mental health through prevention. My mission is to keep youth from needing therapy by providing them with the skills and resilience to thrive independently. I firmly believe that prevention—whether at home, in schools, or universities—is essential. That’s why I passionately advocate, educate, and campaign for accessible, evidence-based mental health tools for young people, whether developed by my team or others.
“I endeavor to pioneer expertise in resilience, mental health, and gamified psychological interventions. As the founder of eQuoo and PsycApps, my strictly evidence-based approach empowers young people to build resilience and emotional skills, supported by peer-reviewed publications. With a foundation in psychology and a focus on early intervention, I enjoy engaging audiences with insightful, actionable strategies that leverage technology to transform mental health for the next generation.”
The Power of eQuoo
My journey with eQuoo, our evidence-based mobile mental health game, has been transformative. Years of research and development have given me a unique perspective on collaborative efforts between unlikely allies, such as schools and the gaming industry.
This experience has also deepened my commitment to making mental health research openly accessible through peer-reviewed publications. My ongoing partnerships with the Resilience Research Centre, University College London (UCL), and LMU Munich keep me at the forefront of cutting-edge research and technology in the field.
