How is personal data handled and protected within PsycApps?
All identifiable data is stored on a multi-layered and triple-encrypted server hosted in the UK. This is linked to anonymous analytical data via an encrypted key and can only be accessed by our data protection officer and head clinician, Silja Litvin. All systems are GDPR compliant, we have HIPAA accreditation and have regular penetration tests to protect the data.
When will I receive my certificate?
On completing 15 chapters of eQuoo, you will receive your certificate of Resilience. Regarding the RTP, you will receive the certificate upon completing the entire course, including the end survey. If you have not received your certificate, please email support@psycapps.com
